<br /> 33. <br /> RESOLUTION 1998- 232 R <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN DESKTOP <br /> COMPUTERS AND ONE NOTEBOOK COMPUTER FOR THE FIRE <br /> DEPARTMENT FROM GATEWAY COMPUTERS THROUGH THE STATE <br /> GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION'S CATALOGUE PURCHASING <br /> PROCEDURE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The purchase of seven desktop computers and one notebook <br /> computer for the Fire Department from Gateway Computers through the General Services <br /> Commission's Catalogue Purchase Procedure in the amount of $19,992.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is authorized to execute the <br /> appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
