<br />38,. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1998- '23LL R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A SKID LOADER FOR THE <br />PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE STATE <br />GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of a skid loader for the Parks and Recreation <br />Department from Texana Machinery Corporation located in Manor, Texas through the <br />State General Services Commission for $26,503.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry Gilley is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
