<br />67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1997- <br /> <br />36 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF CHAIRS AND DOLLIES FOR <br />THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE STATE <br />GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of 600 banquet stacking chairs and 4 chair dollies from <br />Cornell Contract Furnishings through the General Services Commission for a total of <br />$23,719.80 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry Gilley is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
