<br />- <br /> 69 <br /> . <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION 1997 -103 -R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR ANALYTICAL <br /> SERVICES AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT TO <br /> SOUTHWEST TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. . <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. Award of an annual contract for analytical services at the Wastewater <br /> Treatment Plant to Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas for IFB#97-042 <br /> in the estimated amount of $51,180.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br /> execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
