<br /> 71 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997 - 105R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN AMENDED EXHIBIT' <br /> TO THE LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> : AND THE UPPER SAN MARCOS WATERSHED <br /> I <br /> , RECLAMATION AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR <br /> ACCESS FROM A PUBLIC ROADWAY TO AN EASEMENT <br /> AREA OWNED BY THE DISTRICT; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The City Council authorized a letter agreement (the "Agreement") on April <br /> 28, 1997 with the Upper San Marcos Watershed Reclamation and Flood Control District <br /> (the "District") for road access across a dedicated park area to an easement area of the <br /> District. <br /> . <br /> 2. The City and the District wish to change the routing of the access road by <br /> attaching a revised exhibit to the Agreement. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The substitution of the Revised Exhibit A to the Agreement as <br /> attached to this resolution is approved. <br /> ¡ <br /> : PART 2.
