<br /> 45 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997 - 1 RR R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS AMENDING RESOLUTION 1997-104R WHICH APPROVED THE <br />ALLOCATION OF 1997 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />(CDBG) FUNDING, TO DECREASE THE ALLOCATION FOR REPAIR OF <br />SANITARY SEWER LATERALS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. The City Council adopted Resolution 1997-104R on June 23, 1997 which <br />approved the allocation of 1997 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. <br />2. It is necessary to amend that resolution to change the amount allocated for <br />the Repair of Sanitary Sewer Laterals from $100,000.00 to $10,000.00. <br />3 The City Council has conducted a public hearing regarding funding requests <br />from the community for the use of the CDBG entitlement funds. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The amount of CDBG funding allocated for the Repair of Sanitary <br />Sewer Laterals for fiscal year 1997 is changed from $100,000.00 to $10,000.00. <br />PART 2.
