<br /> 100 <br /> RESOLUTION 1996- 38 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF A PROPOSED DONATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> AND WILLIAM H. CROOK; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br />- <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. Mr. William H. Crook has agreed to make a donation to the City for the <br /> purpose of beautifying an area of City park property along the San Marcos River. <br /> 2. The City is willing to accept this donation under the terms of the donation <br /> agreement attached to this resolution. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the attached Donation Agreement <br /> between the City and Mr. William H. Crook are approved. . <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> Donation Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> passage. <br /> ADOPTED this 26 day of February, 1996. . <br /> l~ri~.
