The City Council desired to receive bids for the purchase of its $1,500,000 <br /> Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 1996-A. <br /> 2. First Southwest Company, Austin, Texas, has been authorized and <br /> requested to prepare a Notice of Sale and Bidding Instructions, Official Bid Form and <br /> Official Statement containing financial, economic and other data necessary and desirable <br /> to attract bids for the Bonds. . <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That both the form and content of the attached Notice of Sale and <br /> Bidding Instructions, Official Bid Form and Official Statement relative to the City of San <br /> I <br /> . Marcos, Texas $1,500,000 ,Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue, Series 1996-A, <br /> : <br /> Lo\. Bonds are approved. <br /> PART 2.
