<br /> 63 <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION 1996 - 94R -, <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A TOWER' <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND GTECH <br /> CORPORATION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> SIGN THE AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. GTECH Corporation has requested permission from the City to install an <br />antenna on the water tower located on Alamo Street, together with a portable building and <br />a 1.2-meter satellite dish on the ground within the area of the water tower. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> . <br />PART 1. That the Tower Rental Agreement attached to this resolution between <br />the City and GTECH Corporation is approved. <br />PART 2. That the execution of the Agreement by the City Manager, Larry D. <br />Gilley, is approved. <br />PART 3.
