<br /> 116 <br /> I. <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION 1996 - III R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO <br /> THE BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE LOCAL LAW <br /> ENFORCEMENT BLOCK GRANTS PROGRAM TO PURCHASE LAPTOP <br /> COMPUTERS FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO ACT IN ALL MATTERS REGARDING THIS GRANT <br /> PROGRAM AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The submission of an application to the Bureau of Justice Assistance <br /> for a Local Law Enforcement Block Grants Program Grant to purchase laptop computers <br /> for the Police Department is approved. . <br /> PART 2. That the allocation of a 10% cash match of $4,092 towards this grant <br /> by the City is approved. <br /> PART 3. The City Manager, Larry D.
