<br /> 16 <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION 1996 11 R R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SURGE <br /> ARRESTORS TO WESCO; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER <br /> I TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> I <br />¡ <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. Award of a contract for the purchase of surge arrestors to WESCO of <br /> San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $28.10 per item is approved. <br /> PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br /> execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
