YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND DR. ARWIN A. <br /> AND MARGARET M. DOUGAL FOR THE LEASE OF AIRPORT PROPERTY <br /> AND CONSTRUCTION OF A PRIVATE HANGAR; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />- CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />t <br />, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The terms and conditions of the attached twenty year lease <br /> agreement for a 6,750 square foot tract of real property and construction of a private <br /> hanger between the City and Dr. Arwin A. And Margaret M. Dougal are approved. <br /> . . <br /> PART 2. The hanger building to be constructed on the leased premises under <br /> this lease and all other permanent improvements to the leased premises will revert to the <br /> City upon any termination of the lease. <br /> PART 3. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the lease <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. . <br /> PART 4.
