<br /> 100 <br />* ATTACHED CONTRACT CANCELED. <br /> RESOLUTION 1996 - 144 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN <br /> AGREEMENT FOR WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY AND THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> ADJOINING AND ABUTTING GARY JOB CORPS CENTER; WAIVING ALL <br />¡ PERMITTING, IMPACT AND INSPECTION FEES; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The terms and conditions of the attached Agreement for Wastewater <br />System Improvements for the construction and maintenance of utility improvements <br />adjoining and abutting Gary Job Corps Center between the City and the United States <br />Department of Labor are approved. <br /> PART 2, All permitting, impact and inspection fees the City would normally <br />charge for the construction of this project and the connection of the Gary Job Corps <br />Center to the City Wastewater System are waived. . <br /> PART 3. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 4.
