<br />151 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1996-158 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS ACCEPTING A PURCHASE ORDER FROM THE TEXAS <br />EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION, INC. FOR THE CITY ENVIRONMENTAL <br />HEALTH DEPARTMENT'S PERFORMANCE OF QUARTERLY <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH INSPECTIONS AT THE GARY JOB CORPS <br />CENTER; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The. City Environmental Health Department was awarded a contract for up <br />to $3,500.00 by thè Texas Educational Foundation, Inc. for the performance of 1996-1997 <br />quarterly environmental health inspections at the Gary Job Corps Center. <br /> <br />2. The City wishes to accept this contract award in the form of a purchase order <br />from the Texas Educational Foundation, Inc. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the City accepts the attached contract award from the Texas <br />Education Foundation, Inc. for the performance of the 1996-1997 quarterly environmental <br />health inspections at the Gary Job Corps Center. <br /> <br />PART 2.
