<br /> 54 <br /> - <br /> / <br /> RESOLUTION 1996- 182 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, REAPPOINTING DR. CHARLES P. <br /> ANDERSON AS THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY; <br /> APPROVING A LETTER AGREEMENT ENGAGING DR. ' <br /> I ANDERSON IN THIS CAPACITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF <br /> OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. Charles P. Anderson, M.D. is reappointed as the Local Health Authority <br /> of the City of San Marcos pursuantto Chapter 121 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. <br /> PART 2. The attached letter agreement between the City and Dr. Charles P. <br /> Anderson for services as the Local Health Authority is approved. <br /> PART 3. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute this <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 4.
