<br /> 62 <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION 1996 - 186R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE WIC <br /> PROGRAM LEASE WITH CALDWELL COUNTY <br /> CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES FOR THE LOCKHART <br /> SITE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE RENEWAL LETTER; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On February 14, 1995 the City Council authorized a lease of office space for the <br /> Special Supplement Nutrition Program for Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program <br /> operated by the City in Lockhart, Texas. <br /> 2. The attached letter renews the lease until September 30, 1997. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached letter which renews the current lease of office space for <br /> the WIC program with Caldwell County Christian Ministries for property located at 214 <br /> West San Antonio Street, in Lockhart, Texas is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> attached renewal letter. <br /> PART 3.
