<br /> 64 <br /> RESOLUTION 1996- - 187 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br /> TEXAS APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO H. KARP CO. FOR THE <br /> COMPLETION OF THE RENOVATION OF BUILDINGS FOR THE <br /> CORRIDOR BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> ! RECITALS: <br /> 1. The City of San Marcos engaged the services of the H. Karp Company <br /> ("Contractor") for the completion of the Renovation of Buildings for the Corridor Business <br /> Incubator Project. <br /> 2. These services were provided pursuant to a contract between the City and <br /> the Contractor, executed on February 14,1996. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1 . The project known as the Renovation of Buildings for the Corridor <br /> Business Incubator Project has been completed pursuant to that contract of February 14, <br /> 1996 between the City and H. Karp Company and is accepted by the City of San Marcos. <br /> PART 2. Payment in the amount of $23,073.55 to H. Karp Company in full and <br /> final payment for these services is authorized. <br /> PART 3.
