<br /> 145 <br /> RESOLUTION 1995- 16 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF A LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND MISSION <br /> UNIFORM AND LINEN SERVICE TO EXTEND THE TERM OF AN <br /> ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR THE RENTAL OF UNIFORMS FOR AN <br /> ADDITIONAL YEAR; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On March l, 1994 the City of San Marcos <br /> entered into a contract with Mission Uniform and Linen <br /> Service for the rental of uniforms (Contract No. 94-0l6). <br /> 2. Both parties agree to an extension of the <br /> original contract for an additional year. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS f TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That a letter agreement between the City <br /> of San Marcos and Mission Uniform and Linen Service to extend <br /> the term of an annual contract for the rental of~uniforms, a <br /> copy of which is attached to and incorporated in this <br /> Resolution for all intents and purposes, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is <br /> hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PART 3.
