<br /> 31 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> RESOLUTION 1995 gaR <br /> I <br /> ¡ <br /> I <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ¡ <br /> ¡ <br /> ! <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND <br /> USE MAP OF THE MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY, FROM <br /> HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL TO <br /> COMMERCIAL FOR AN 18,137 ACRE TRACT OF, <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 1400 BLOCK OF RIVER I <br /> ~ <br /> - <br /> ! ROAD AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: ! <br /> 1. On April 11, 1995 the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of sln <br /> Marcos held a pt¿blic hearing regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Map: of <br /> the Master Plan from High Density Residential and Commercial to Commercial for an <br /> 18.137 acre tract of property lòcated in the 1400 block of River Road. ' <br /> 2. Subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the Commission did, on April 11, <br /> 1995, consider the request and voted to approve it and has recommended that the request <br /> be approved by the City Council of the City. I <br /> . <br /> 3. The City Council held a public hearing on the 22nd day of May , <br /> 1995, regarding the request. <br /> 4. All requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to amendments have been met. <br /> ¡ <br /> 5. The City Council finds and determines that the adoption of the following <br /> resolution is in the interest of the public, health, morals, welfare and safety. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> PART 1. That the following described tract of real property which is in an ar,ea <br /> shown on the Future Land Use Map of the Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as High <br /> Density Residential and Commercial shall be shown on that map as Commercial: <br /> I <br /> Street address: 1400 block of River Road. ' <br /> Size: 18.137 acres. <br /> Legal description: See attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> Deed or plat reference: Volume 829, page 578 of the Deed Records of Hays <br /> County, Texas. <br /> PART 2.
