<br /> 38 <br /> RESOLUTION 1995- 93 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR VENDING <br /> SERVICES TO A.B.A. VENDING; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> - - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That award of an annual contract for <br /> vending services to A.B.A. Vending located in San Marcos, <br /> Texas in the estimated amount of $12,000.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl <br /> Pantermuehl~' is hereby authorized to execute appropriate <br /> contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
