<br />RESOLUTION 2007 -122 R <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS CONDITIONALLY APPROVING THE <br />LEASE OF A TRACT OF LAND AND FUEL STORAGE TANKS <br />AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TO JFA, INC , <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1 On March 5, 2007, the San Marcos Airport Commission reviewed the principles of a <br />proposed Lease Agreement between the City and JFA, Inc, and approved forwarding this <br />Agreement to the City Council recommending approval <br /> <br />2 JFA, Inc. is proposing to construct two hangars for commercial use and lease two <br />city owned fuel storage tanks to operate an automated fuel dispensing facility under the <br />Lease Agreement. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br /> <br />PART 1 The attached Lease of Airport Property to JFA, Inc. for the purpose of <br />constructing two hangars for commercial use and lease of two city owned fuel storage <br />tanks to operate an automated fuel dispensing is approved <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute the lease on <br />behalf of the City <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PART 3 The approval granted in this resolution is effective only if the lease is <br />executed by all parties within 30 days after the date of this resolution <br /> <br />PART 4 <br />passage <br /> <br />That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of June, <br /> <br />2007 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Mayor ~ L 0 <br /> <br />" <br />, <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />
