<br />.46 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1995- 142 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE RIVER <br />ROAD AREA IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT TO OLMOS <br />CONSTRUCTION, INC.; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That award of a contract for the River <br />Road Area Improvements Project to Olmos Construction, Inc. of <br />San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $3,652,133.15 is <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br />authorized to execute the contract documents on behalf of the <br />City. <br /> <br />PART 3. That this Resolution shall be in full <br />force and effect immediately from and after its passage. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this the 24th <br /> <br />day of July, <br /> <br />1995. <br /> <br /> <br />Robert T.
