<br /> 130 <br /> RESOLUTION 1995-167 -R <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LETTER <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT <br /> TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CEMETERY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT <br /> FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> - DECLARING AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> ' <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On October 1, 1992 the City of San Marcos entered into a cemetery <br /> maintenance contract with Maintenance Management. <br /> . . <br /> 2. The contract was extended on September 13, 1993 and again on August 22, <br /> 1994. <br /> 3, Both parties agree to an extension of the original contract for an additional <br /> year. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY bF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1, That a letter agreement between the City of San Marcos and <br /> Maintenance Management to extend the term of the cemetery maintenance contract for <br /> a final year, a copy of which is attached to and incorporated in this Resolution for all intents <br /> and purposes, is approved. <br /> ¡ PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D.
