<br /> 60 <br /> ( <br /> \ !I, Î <br /> RESOLUTION 1995 -195R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR <br /> REIMBURSEMENT OF REMEDIATION COSTS INCURRED BY THE CITY <br /> ON LPST #92680 DURING THE THIRD QUARTER OF CALENDAR YEAR <br /> 1995, TO TH E TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION <br /> COMMISSION; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. The City of San Marcos has undertaken corrective site remediation activities for <br /> LPST #92680. <br /> 2. The Ci.ty wishes to be reimbursed for its remediation expenses in accordance <br /> with State law. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the City's submission of an application to the Texas Natural Resource <br /> Conservation Commission for the reimbursement of remediation costs ~incurred by the City <br /> on LPST #92680 during the third quarter of calendar year 1995, a copy of which is <br /> attached to this Resolution, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> reimbursement application on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
