<br /> 83 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 27 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE <br /> FOR THE CITY MANAGER1S OFFICE THROUGH THE STATE <br /> GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE <br /> STATE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> ~ - ~ <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1, That the purchase of a 1994 Chevrolet <br /> Suburban from Knapp Chevrolet Inc. and GMAC in Houston, <br /> Texas I through the General Services Commission for $23,648.94 <br /> for the City Manager's Office is approved. <br /> " <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry Gilley is <br /> authorized to execute appropriate purchasing documents with <br /> the State on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
