<br />131 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1994- 46 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND BOOTH, AHRENS & WERKENTHIN, P.C. FOR LEGAL <br />SERVICES i AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That an agreement between the City and <br />Booth, Ahrens & Werkenthin, P.C. for legal services in <br />connection with the surface water supply project, a copy of <br />which is attached to and incorporated in this resolution for <br />all intents and purposes, is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager I Larry D. Gilley, <br />is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
