<br /> 69 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 129 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF A LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND A.O.C. <br /> TO EXTEND THE TERM OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE <br /> OF LIQUID CHLORINE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />-- EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br /> 1. On October 1, 1993 the City of San Marcos <br />entered into a contract with A.O.C. for the purchase of <br />liquid chlorine. <br /> 2.' Both parties agree to an extension of the <br />original contract for an additional year. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That a letter agreement between the City <br />of San Marcos and A.O.C., to extend the term 0:6 a contract <br />for the purchase of liquid chlorine, a copy of which is <br />attached to and incorporated in this Resolution for all <br />intents and purposes, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is <br />authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
