<br /> 57 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 172R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE <br />CHIEF OF POLICE OF STACY COATS AND MARCO RANGEL AS <br />MEMBERS OF THE CITY'S RESERVE POLICE FORCE¡ <br />APPROVING THE REMOVAL BY THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF <br />TRACY BALUSEK AND JODY MlHATSCH FROM THE CITY'S <br />RESERVE POLICE FORCE¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. Pursuant to Section 21-16 of the San Marcos Code of <br />Ordinances, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br />has appointed certain persons as members of the police reserve <br />force of the City. <br />2. The City Council finds that approval of these <br />appointments and the removal of certain other members of the <br />police reserve force is in the best interest of the public health, <br />safety and welfare. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of <br />Stacy Coats and Marco Rangel as members of the City's police <br />reserve force is approved. <br />PART 2, That the removal by the Chief of Police of Tracy <br />Balusek and Jody Mihatsch from the City's police reserve force is <br />approved. <br />PART 3.
