<br /> 103 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 28 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF <br /> FIRE HOSE TO FERRARA FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT¡ <br /> AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That award of a contract for the purchase <br />of fire hose to Ferrara Firefighting Equipment for $9,748.50 <br />is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl <br />Pantermuehl is hereby authorized to execute appropriate <br />contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
