<br /> ~ 21 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 99 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, REJECTING CERTAIN BIDS RECEIVED IN <br /> RESPONSE TO AN INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE <br /> OF FURNITURE FOR THE NEW PUBLIC LIBRARY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos recently opened <br /> bids for the purchase of furniture for the new public <br /> library; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after the bids were opened, it was <br /> determined that certain furniture items were not acceptable; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, . TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That all bids received in response to an <br /> invitation for bids for the purchase of furniture for Items <br /> B14, D1-D5, D3 and D-12 as specified in IFB-93-025 are <br /> rejected. <br /> PART 2.
