<br /> 109 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 1 i 1 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A COPIER <br />FOR THE W.I.C. PROGRAM THROUGH THE STATE PURCHASING <br />PROGRAM; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council elected to participate in <br />the cooperative purchasing program of the State Purchasing <br />and General Services Commission in Resolution 1992-19R; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the purchase of a Canon NP-3050 <br />copier for the W.I.C. program through the state purchasing <br />program for $5,094.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in full <br />force and effect immediately from and after its passage. <br />ADOPTED this the 26th 1993. <br /> Uvl.
