<br /> 13 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 136 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOSr TEXASr AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A REVISED <br /> EXHIBIT A TO THE WHOLESALE POWER <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE LOWER <br /> COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Lower Colorado River Authority <br /> (LCRA) executed a Wholesale Power Agreement dated August 7r 1986 <br /> (the Contract); and, <br /> WHEREAS, LCRA has requested the execution by the City of a <br /> revised Exhibit' A to the Contract to reflect updated projected <br /> load data; andr <br /> WHEREASr the information on the revised Exhibit A has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Electric Utility Department <br /> staff; now thereforer <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ SAN MARCOSr <br /> TEXAS; <br /> PART 1. That the City Manager, Larry D. GilleYr is hereby <br /> authorized to execute the revised Exhibit A to the Contractr a <br /> copy of the revised exhibit being attached to this Resolution. <br /> PART 2.
