<br /> 58 <br /> . <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 148 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF A LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br /> MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE <br /> CEMETERY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR AN ADDITIONAL <br /> YEAR¡ AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on October 1, 1992 the City of San Marcos <br /> entered into a cemetery maintenance contract with Maintenance <br /> Management¡ and, <br /> WHEREAS, both parties agree to an extension of the <br /> original contract for an additional year; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART L That a letter agreement between the City <br /> of San Marcos and Maintenance Management to extend the term <br /> of the cemetery maintenance contract, a copy of which is <br /> attached and incorporated herein for all intents and <br /> purposes, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is <br /> authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
