<br /> 65 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 153 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR HAULING <br /> SERVICES TO SAUCEDO'S CONSTRUCTION¡ AUTHORIZING THE <br /> PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That award of a contract for hauling <br /> services to Saucedo's Construction for $2.19 total price per <br /> ton and $26.50 per hour for hot mix delivered in lay down <br /> machine is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl <br /> pantermuehl, is hereby authorized to execute appropriate <br /> contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
