<br /> 86 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 160R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF A <br /> PRE-APPLICATION FOR A TEXAS CAPITAL FUND SMALL <br /> BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROGRAM GRANT. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to submit a <br /> pre-application to the Texas Department of Housing and <br /> Community Affairs (the "TDHCA") for a Texas Capital Fund <br /> Small Business Incubator Program Grant for the establishment <br /> of a small business incubator program (the "Project") in San <br /> Marcos; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the submission of a pre-application <br /> to TDHCA for a Texas Capital Fund Small Business Incubator <br /> Program Grant for the Project is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the following City funds are <br /> committed to the Project: <br /> Revolving Loan Fund Program $80,000.00 <br /> . <br /> PART 3. That City funds committed to the Project <br /> will be used for equipment, operations, and business <br /> start-up/RLF for tenants. <br /> PART 4. That City funds will be available for use <br /> on the Project upon execution of a grant agreement. <br /> PART 5.
