<br /> 104 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 170 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY, HAYS COUNTY AND THE SAN MARCOS/HAYS COUNTY <br /> EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR THE PROVISION <br /> OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES¡ AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> " CITY¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City, Hays County and San Marcos/Hays <br /> County Emergency Medical Services, Inc. entered into an <br /> agreement for the provision of emergency medical services on <br /> April 24, 1990; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the original agreement was amended to <br /> extend the term of the agreement until September 30, 1993; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the parties agree to an extension of the <br /> agreement until March 31, 1994; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: ~ <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of Amendment <br /> No. 3 to the Agreement between the City, Hays County and San <br /> Marcos/Hays County Emergency Medical Services, Inc. for the <br /> provision of emergency medical services, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, are <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is <br /> hereby authorized to execute this amendment on behalf of the <br /> City. , <br /> PART 3.
