<br />120 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1993- <br /> <br />173 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND ROGER <br />SPROTT FOR HIS DONATION OF A DOG TO BE USED IN THE <br />CITY'S "K-9" PROGRAMi AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE AGREEMENTi AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roger Sprott has offered to donate a dog to the <br />City for use in the San Marcos Police Department's "K-9" <br />Programi and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to accept the donation of this <br />dog for use in the programi now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of an agreement <br />between the City and Roger Sprott for his donation of a dog <br />to be used in the City's "K-9" Program, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br />authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of~the City of <br />San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 3.
