<br />- <br />l 41 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 195 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF NINE <br />POLICE PURSUIT VEHICLES FROM CAPITOL CHEVROLET <br />THROUGH THE STATE GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING <br />DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the purchase of nine police pursuit <br />vehicles from Capitol Chevrolet in Austin, Texas, through the <br />State General Services Commission at $13,391.69 each for a <br />total of $120,525.21 is approved. <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry Gilley is <br />authorized to execute appropriate purchasing documents with <br />the State on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
