<br /> 107 <br /> RESOLUTION 1993- 218 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO STOKES <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR COMPLETION OF THE CITY <br /> HALL RENOVATIONS AND REFLOORING PROJECT; ACCEPTING <br /> THE PROJECT FOR USE BY THE CITY; AUTHORIZING FINAL <br /> PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,742.35; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has engaged the <br /> services of Stokes Construction Company for completion of the <br /> City Hall Renovations and Reflooring Project; and, <br /> WHEREAS, these services were provided pursuant to a <br /> contract between the City and the contractor, executed on May <br /> 11, 1993; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the project known as the City Hall <br /> Renovations and Reflooring Project has been completed <br /> pursuant to that contract of May 11, 1993, between the City <br /> and Stokes Construction Company and is hereby accepted for <br /> use by the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PART 2. That payment in the amount of $3,742.35 to <br /> Stokes Construction Company in full and final payment for <br /> these services is hereby authorized. <br /> PART 3.
