<br /> 61 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 67R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF <br /> THE MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY FROM LOW DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL TO PUBLIC FOR LOT 82 OF THE SOUTH END <br /> ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, <br /> TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 55, PAGE 601 OF THE <br /> HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, LOCATED AT 701 GEORGIA <br /> STREET AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, on January 21, 1992, the Joint Planning and Zoning <br />Commissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing <br />regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Master <br />Plan from Low Density Residential to Public for Lot 82, of the <br />South End Addition to the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, <br />as recorded in Volume 55, Page 601, of the Hays County Deed <br />Records, located at 701 Georgia Street; and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the <br />Commissions did, on January 21, 1992, consider the request and <br />voted to approve it and have recommended that the request be <br />approved by the City Council of the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the 8th day <br />of June , 1992, regarding the request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br />amendments have been met; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the <br />public, health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the following described tract of real property <br />located at 701 Georgia Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, <br />which is in an area shown on the Future Land Use Map of the Master <br />Plan of the City of San Marcos as Low Density Residential shall be <br />shown on that map as Public: <br /> LOT 82 OF THE SOUTH END ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 55, PAGE 601 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED <br /> RECORDS. <br /> PART 2.
