<br /> 62 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 68R <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF <br /> THE MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY, FROM HIGH DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR LOTS <br /> 71 AND 76 OF THE THIRD DIVISION OF THE PARK ADDITION <br /> TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS <br /> RECORDED IN VOLUME 56, PAGE 471 OF THE HAYS COUNTY <br /> DEED RECORDS, LOCATED AT 1105 AND 1007 CHESTNUT <br /> STREET AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, on February 18, 1992, the Joint Planning and Zoning <br />Commissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing <br />regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Master <br />Plan from High Density Residential to Medium Density Residential <br />for Lots 71 and 76 of the Third Division of the Park Addition to <br />the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as recorded in Volume <br />56, Page 471, of the Hays County Deed Records, located at 1105 and <br />1007 Chestnut Street; and, <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the <br />Commissions did, on February 18, 1992, consider the request and <br />voted to approve it and have recommended that the request be <br />approved by the City Council of the City; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the 8th day <br />of June , 1992, regarding the request; and, <br />WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br />amendments have been met; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the <br />public, health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1: That the following described tract of real property <br />located at 1105 and 1007 Chestnut street, San Marcos, Hays County, <br />Texas, which is in an area shown on the Future Land Use Map of the <br />Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as High Density Residential <br />shall be shown on that map as Medium Density Residential: <br /> LOTS 71 AND 76, THIRD DIVISION OF THE PARK ADDITION TO THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS RECORDED IN VOLUME 56, PAGE 471 OF THE <br /> HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS. <br />PART 2.
