<br />63 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1992- 120 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PROCUREMENT OF REPAIR <br />SERVICES FOR THE WASTEWATER PLANT BLOWER MOTORS <br />FROM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS, INC. AND HOUSTON <br />SERVICE INDUSTRIES IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE CITY'S RESIDENTS: AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's motor-blowers at the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant are in need of repair as a result of <br />unforeseen damage: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is critical <br />City's Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />promptly repaired: now, therefore, <br /> <br />to the operation of the <br />to have this equipment <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the procurement of repair services <br />for repairs necessary because of unforeseen damage to the <br />motor blowers is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That payment in the amount of $7,808.00 to <br />Houston Service Industries and $11,088.00 to Environmental <br />Improvements, Inc. for repair services is approved. <br /> <br />PART 3.
