<br /> .95 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992 - 129 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE FORM AND <br /> CONTENT OF BOND DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE SALE <br /> OF $4;6ØØ~ØØØ IN CITY GENERAL OBLIGATION <br /> BONDS; AUTHORIZING FIRST SOUTHWEST COMPANY TO <br /> DISTRIBUTE THE DOCUMENTS; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Harcos, Texas <br />desires to receive bids for the purchase of its $4,6ØØ,ØØØ City of <br />San Marcos, Texas General Obligation Bonds, Series 1992-A; and <br /> WHEREAS, First Southwest Company, Dallas, Texas, has been <br />authorized and requested to prepare Notices of Sale and Bidding <br />Instructions, Official Bid Forms and Official Statements <br />containing financial~ economic and other data nec'essary and <br />desirable to attract bids for said bond s; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the attached Notices of Sale and Bidding <br />Instructions, Official Bid Forms and Official Statements relative <br />to the City of San Marcos, Texas $4,6ØØ,ØØØ" General Obligation <br />Bonds, Series 1992-A, are hereby approved, both as to form and <br />content, and said First Southwest Company is authorized to <br />distribute said Official Statements to purchasers of the bonds. <br /> PART 2.
