<br /> 123 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 139 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> AND TOM WILLIAMS FOR THE LEASE OF PROPERTY AT <br /> THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING. <br /> THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON <br />\ BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Airport Commission °has recommended the lease of <br /> certain property at the San Marcos Municipal Airport to Mr. Tom <br /> Williams for the conduct of an aircraft sales, rental, storage, and <br /> flight instruction business; and, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Agreement <br /> attached to this Resolution between the city and Tom Williams for <br /> the lease of property at the San Marcos Municipal Airport are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> ~ <br /> PART 2. That the city Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br /> authorized to e~ecute this Agreement on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
