<br /> I 28 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1992 - 152 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE SUBMISSION <br /> OF APPLICATIONS TO THE TEXAS WATER COMMISSION <br /> FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF REMEDIATION COSTS <br /> INCURRED BY THE CITY ON LPST #92680 DURING THE <br /> FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD QUARTERS OF CALENDAR <br /> YEAR 1992; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has undertaken <br /> corrective site remediation activities for LPST #92680; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to be reimbursed for its <br /> remediation expenses ln accordance with State law; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the City's submission of three (3 ) <br /> applications to the Texas Water Commission for the <br /> reimbursement of remediation costs incurred by ~the City on <br /> LPST #92680 during the first, second and third quarters of <br /> calendar year 1992, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br /> hereby authorized to execute the applications on behalf of <br /> the City. <br /> PART 3.
