<br /> ~7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1991 - 21 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING THAT RESOLUTION <br /> WHICH AUTHORIZED THE CITY 'S PARTICIPATION IN <br /> PURCHASING PROGRAMS OF THE STATE PURCHASING <br /> AND GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION TO INCLUDE A <br /> CONTRACT CLASS FOR PHOTOCOPY MACHINES, AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos <br /> adopted a resolution on December 17, 199Ø authorizing the <br /> City to participate in purchasing programs of the State <br /> Purchasing and General Services Commission: and, <br /> ~\THEREAS, the City Council desires to amend that <br /> resolution to include a contract class for photocopy <br /> machines; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That an amendment to that resolution of <br /> December 17, 199Ø authorizing the City to participate in <br /> purchasing programs of the State Purchasing and General <br /> Services Commission is hereby approved in order to include <br /> the City's stated need for the following contract class <br /> number as follows: <br /> 6ØØ-A8 - Photocopy Machines - Purchase <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all <br /> necessary requests and other documents in connection with <br /> City purchases from this contract class. <br /> PART 3.
