<br /> 136 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1991 - 37 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO. 7ØØØ68 BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF <br /> COM~1ERCE FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM~ <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT IN ALL <br /> MATTERS REGARDING THIS TEXAS COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CONTRACT~ AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has been awarded a Texas <br /> Community Development Program (TCDP) contract by the Texas <br /> Department of Commerce~ now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of TCDP Contract <br /> No. 7ØØØ68 between the City of San Harcos, Texas and the <br /> Texas Department of Commerce, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, <br /> is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Hanager, Larry D. Gilley, be and <br /> he is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract and <br /> to act in all matters regarding TCDP Contract No. 7ØØØ68 on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
