<br /> 45 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- lOa R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXi\S, APPROVING THE TERMS .AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE LOWER <br /> COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY FOR THE CITY'S <br /> PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMERCIAL LIGHTING REBATE <br /> PROGRAM: AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY: AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> \vHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to <br /> participate in the Commercial Lighting Rebate Program offered <br /> by the Lower Colorado River Authority: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of an <br /> agreement between the City and the Lower Colorado River <br /> Authority for the City's participation in the Commercial <br /> Lighting Rebate Program: a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be <br /> and he is hereby authorized to execute the attached <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
