<br /> 100 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991 no R <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE <br /> PROVISION OF W.I.C. SERVICES TO QUALIFIED <br /> PARTICIPANTS~ AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER <br /> DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS INCIDENT THERETO~ AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> desires to enter into a contract with the Texas Department of <br /> Health for the provision of W.I.C. services to qualified <br /> participants; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed contract <br /> between the City of San Marcos and Texas Department of Health, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br /> purposes, for the provision of W.I.C. services to qualified <br /> participants, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br /> authorized to execute the contract and any and all other documents <br /> and instruments incident thereto on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
