<br /> 64 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1991 - 154R <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS <br /> HISTORICAL COMMISSION FOR A CERTIFIED LOCAL <br /> GOVERNMENT GRANT FOR F.Y. 1992; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT IN ALL MATTERS <br /> REGARDING THE CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT GRANT <br /> PROGRAM AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to submit an <br />application for matching fund s from the Texas Historical <br />Commission Certified Local Government Grant program for F.Y. <br />1992; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the submission of an application to the <br />Texas Historical Commission for matching fund s through the <br />Certified Local Government Grant program for F.Y. 1992, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be and <br />he is hereby authorized to act in all matters regarding the <br />Certified Local Government Grant Program on behalf of the <br />City. <br /> PART 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and <br />effect immediately from and after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this the 9th day of December , 1991.
